Description

The course for chefs means to train a professional in charge of the kitchen in restaurants or hotels, with the task of preparing dishes, deciding the menu, searching for and checking raw materials and ingredients, and managing the rest of the kitchen staff.
The aim of the course is to provide students with all of the practical and management skills linked to the food & wine sector, necessary to become a professional chef, either employed or freelance.
